You may give the focus to the mon3drian by clicking once on it, then :

Press SPACE to freeze (or restart) the mon3drian rotation
Press B to switch on/off hidden faces bevel
Press F to switch on/off the hidden faces display
Press K to switch on/off new mon3drian creation after a while
Press N to generate a new mon3drian
Press W to switch on/off the wireframe display
